Overview

What is K‑Scouter?

K‑Scouter is a program by Korea's Ministry of SMEs and Startups (MSS) and the Korea Institute of Startup & Entrepreneurship Development (KISED). It brings promising overseas startups into Korea and supports their entry into the Korean market.

It isn't about getting a Korean address. It's about building a real business: winning customers, generating revenue, running R&D, and using Korea as a launchpad into Asia and beyond.

SkyinQ is one of the operators officially designated by MSS and KISED to run K‑Scouter.
As your partner for localisation and commercialisation in Korea,
we stay with you from first exploration through to incorporation.

The program is fully supported, from incorporation and visa costs to flights and accommodation.

Market exploration, business localisation, and finding potential partners and customers, all prepared with you.

From entry and visa to incorporation and a corporate bank account, we support your landing in Korea.

With SkyinQ

Setting up a company isn't the goal.
Growing a real business is.

01

Two markets, one team

We work from both sides, with offices in Seoul and Luxembourg. You get people on the ground across APAC and Europe, moving in the same direction.

02

We don't stop at incorporation

Setting up the company is the first milestone, not the finish line. We stay with you on commercialisation and growth in Korea.

03

Cross-border in our DNA

We have run government programs, private partnerships, and EU market entry. Crossing borders between Korea and Europe is what we do.

The team that will guide you into Korea.

A blended Korean and European team, based across Seoul and Luxembourg,
with years of hands-on experience in cross-border market entry.
